1. Lay-a-Way Plans start with a very low down payment and you may then take up to 12 full months to complete! There is no interest nor carrying charges, of any type, on any completed plan.

2. Deposit plans start with as little as 33% down, with the balance due before shipment.

Our Lay-A-Way Plans are offered on most used pin games & available to most customers, subject to the following:

1) You must be at least 21 years of age to start a Plan. Resident Californians or those taking delivery in the State, must add 7.75% State Sales Tax to the game's price. All games, unless otherwise noted, are always shipped freight COD within the contiguous lower 48 United States.

2) A Purchase Plan requires a 33% down payment to begin. Once the initial Deposit is received, the game is held for you until it's refurbishment date. Purchase Plan customers will be required to send the remaining balance owed, plus any applicable sales tax, prior to the game's completion and shipment.

3) Lay-a-Way Plans require a specified low down payment to start. Once the initial Plan Deposit is received, additional payments must be made by the 25th of each following month until completed. Please note that checks deposited in our West Coast Bank may require from 7 to 12 business days to clear, depending on your Bank's physical location.

4) Cancellation of either a Purchase or Lay-A-Way Plan. If any two (2) monthly payments are not received, or if either a Purchase Plan or Lay-a-Way plan is cancelled by either the buyer or us, for any reason, Pinballs Unlimited Inc. may, at its sole discretion, cancel either type of Plan and return the game to active inventory. Upon such action, Pinballs Unlimited will send a refund of all moneys received and collected, up to that time, less our standard restocking charge of 15% of the game's selling price.
To avoid all possible misunderstandings, please acknowledge that you have read and fully understand these conditions, prior to arranging for any game's Purchase Plan or Lay-A-Way Plan deposit.

5) The Lay-a-Way plan is provided as an interest free service to our wonderful, qualified customers. Please act responsibly and start a plan only if you are reasonably certain you can maintain and complete the payments, as required.
