What is a reputable data recovery company?
I have a Hard Drive that I need to send to a data recovery company...it has a mechanical failure, I can hear it clicking when it spins, and I tried to replace the PCB and it didn't work. So I am going to send it somewhere.
Anyone know of a reputable, honest data recovery company to which I can send my hard drive. Price isn't as important as integrity, i.e. is the price they quote the price I will pay without any bs mark up, if they can't fix it will they keep my hard drive "hostage" unless I pay $50 shipping fee, etc.
Looking for some comments from first hand experience.
Price doesn't matter, and the data is priceless. I'm looking for reputation only.

dont bother since its way more expensive then you think. your better off making sure from now on you backup the drive weekly or even better daily. mine is always cloned every 24 hours to 2 external drives.
